Coop, to be fair, when you opened that support ticket, it was in May of 2010. Also my last suggestion was a possible system restore to see if that helps. Now that it is almost a year later, have you tried that? I also offered back in May to remotely connect to your system to see if we can try and figure out the issue together but you never replied back.

The difficult thing about Windows is no two systems are the same. Your problem could be caused anti-virus programs, graphic drivers, network adapters or a hundred other combinations. It would be awesome from a support point of view if we could always say "push this button and it will work".

Sorry Scott to come off so strong. Believe it or not since last year I have been struggling with CC....why??? Cause it is the best html editor and I know it. I was so frustrated yesterday after spending about two hours trying to make some changes to a file that should have taken ten minutes.
I have recommended it to many people over the years and will continue to do so. I know it is a local problem...but what i do not understand is why do all the other programs run on my machine perfectly and CC is the only one giving trouble. I have tried everything I know to do.
So if you read my post and think I am not a friend of CC...you are wrong. It is a great program, if I can get it working like it did for over ten years and building a web site that last month got 81,800 visitors.

Hiya Coop,

I know you said you've tried everything, but since there is no examples from you or Scott on what you have tried,....

Have you already tried setting the program to Run as Administrator? Vista and Windows 7 can be nasty for needing to do this on quite a few programs, even non CC programs. If you have then... nevermind :P

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
