Save ALL not working - Post ID 221255
I am opening approx 16 files with drag and drop. I do a find and replace on all 16 similar files. The * shows on the tab of each file. I look at each file and the replaced lines of data are present. I use the "Save All" button and the * goes away on each tab. I then close the tabs or use Close all.....either way....only some or NONE of the files actually save the new file. This problem was also happening with the free version. On my old computer I used this feature and it worked fine with an older version of Coffeecup. Need to know if I am doing something wrong or the program has a bug! I am getting frustrated because I did this about 30 times before I realized it was not saving the new files! Please help!
I would open a support topic as your problem maybe specific to your system.

I can't hear what I'm looking at.

I would try changing where you are saving your documents to and see if that helps. Do this by creating a new folder on your desktop and place the files in there and run a few tests. If that works, it could be a permission issue where the files are located currently.
