I have been getting errors when I try to close or resize the html editor window... It happens on other tasks too but I just haven't had a chance to get to it, and then this one was particularly so i figured I'd better get with you guys. I have a series of screenshots that show exactly what happened with each click, but I also had to type the whole darn thing out so I could search it... please see the following series of error messages, in the order they were experienced... I have the screenshots, but see I am not allowed to upload 5 of them! the first one occurred when I tried to resize the window... The second occured when I tried to close the window, and then the subsequent "ok" clicks afterward... what is up with this? Can y'all help me out? thanks for your time

Hiya Brooke,

I would open a support topic for this so the CC Team can better help you. If you're having issues with other things besides CC software then it's definitely not the software and is something else on your computer, but they may have some ideas on where to start checking for the problem. Good luck with it and please come back and post when you find out what caused it so future users that may have that issue can find an answer on searching :)

This is a user-to-user forum.

BTW, are you by any chance running the Free html Editor? I had some similar problems recently when installing it in an attempt to help someone here.

Inger - no I'm running the paid one... But just as you and UnclePlusMax mention, the support folks say it IS something to do with a bad install... they provided instructions which I have yet to try, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed! You guys nailed it! thanks for the responses!
