I'm shopping around for a 3rd computer and as soon as I get will install my editor into that. In the meantime 2 items that are a bit annoying: 1. It seems that when you have a file open and have hit save and then do a "save as" of the file on your hard drive listings Coffe Cup clashes to a close. In other words you can only save within coffee cup and not also the place where you "open a file". Also I have one very large file, my master archive of links to our web site reviews-- I never had a prblem open, closing and editing it with homesite-- and see it opens just fine in wordpad or notepad-- but when I try to open and edit it in coffee cup-- it crashes. I don't really want to break it up into 3 or four shorter pages just for coffee cup so hope you will address this? Best Elyse

To your first gripe: I can both 'save' and 'save as' to a different location with the same file without the Edito crashing on me. You may want to open a support ticket and maybe send the actual file(s) to CC.

The same advice for your second problem. I've never had such a problem. Right now I don't have a large enough file to test it with.

Having a look at your source you have a '<' at the start of the file that can cause strange effects. The page does not look that hard to load. get the code verified for errors.

Your page took a full 2 minutes to load for me. I would look into that then see how the editor handles the page. The editor is not a notepad. It's a HTML editor that has a lot of advanced features to allow webpages to be rendered quickly and professionally.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Took a while to load for me too. Along with that starting extra < on the top of the page, you are also missing the ending > after this line:

<table class="nav" align="center" cellspacing=0 cellpadding=0 bgcolor=#FFA953

It should be this:

<table class="nav" align="center" cellspacing=0 cellpadding=0 bgcolor=#FFA953>

Not sure those 2 things will fix it, but I would highly suggest as the others have that you run it through a validator to catch any other errors that might be in there.

Strange, it loaded instantly for me. :rolleyes: But I see that misplaced < at the start of the page. Haven't checked the code, but you could have it validated to see if it is correct.
