Thanks, I'll see if my computer has any updates that need installing and see what happens.

Also, check all the other requirements mentioned on that page.

On my new laptop it was an update that wouldn't install. Had to try multiple times to get it to install. Got it now.

On the wife's computer it still doesn't show up after updating so I will check the page and see what else it may be.
