When moving to a different or new computer, is there a best way (or easy way) to move Projects and their FTP info as well?

Your FTP profiles are stored inside of the Windows Registry at this key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\CoffeeCup Software Just export that key and import it into the new computer and that will copy them over.

As to the files, hopefully, you have been using Website Projects, so all you need to do there is copy those folders to a USB drive and bring them to the new computer.
