I'm using the polyfill/JS insert option for the first time and I have a few questions.

1. Where is the list acquired from?
2. There seems to be many/all listed that the scripts are first pointing to a local path when inserted and second, when you try to select, "More Info" option, it leads to a web page that says not found.
3. If one is actually found, is it going to download the relative css or JS code so it can be uploaded to my web site or is this option really only good for adding a link to the head or body code?

Again I'm a new user the HTML editor, so be kind.

Looks like the links in the html editor aren't setup correctly. I'll let the gurus know.
