I recently purchased the HTML Editor and cannot see any themes when I choose File - New From Theme Layout
I thought there should be a set of free themes included?

I am running Windows 7, 64 bit.

Thanks.

Yes there should be some themes included. What happens when you select new from theme?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

There ARE some few themes included, see screenshot. Maybe you need to uninstall and reinstall the programme? or even downoad a new copy?

"What happens when you select new from theme?"
I see 'Theme/Layout Choose with no content.
There is a clickable Add button but I am not sure where to go to Add, or even if this might work.

"Maybe you need to uninstall and reinstall the programme? or even downoad a new copy?"

Tried an uninstall and fresh install as well as a new download, but no luck.

I have found CoffeeCup themes located at C/CoffeeCup Software - Themes along with My Website, Sounds and Graphics and besides this, the program is installed at C/Program Files/x86/CoffeeCup Software
Is that where the files should be located?

I bought HTML Editor Version 12 Build 375 a couple of days ago & installed it on Windows 7 64bit. I have the same issue - no themes.

I don't know if it's related or not but I also had the Markup missing folder issue which I found the solution for - download the .zip file & copy manually.

Thanks in advance...

Try reinstalling it as Jack suggests, sounds like something didn't install correctly. Make sure to install it with the Run as Administrator command on the right click menu also. Windows 7 is stupid in it's security as it's extremely oversecure as far as I'm concerned.

Right click over the download and choose Run as Administrator on the menu and it should then install properly.

Definitely open a ticket if it still doesn't work right.

You may also need to set the program to Run as Admin by right clicking the shortcut that runs the program after you reinstall it. Choose properties, go to the Compatibility tab and check the box for Run as Administrator and save it. Then you will not have to do the right click and Run as Admin each time.

Hope that helps and let us know :)
