Can anyone tell me if the HTML Editor creates temp files, and if so where I might find them? I copied an older version of a page onto a newer version, and would REALLY not like to recreate the work again.

Thanks.

Not that I'm aware of. All the information should be in the document (e.g. html file) that you are editing. After all, it's "just an editor", although a really good one! :)

Oh well, I just wasn't thinking when I did it ... :( Thanks ... and I agree abut the "really good one"!

I just realized that I misunderstood what you meant by "temp files". While you meant some kind of time-saved backup files, I was thinking about "temporary, supportive files" - with the .tmp extension.
I am sorry about the misunderstanding, but I'm afraid the answer would be the same: To my knowledge there are no backups, automatically generated :/
