Latest HTML Editor 2008 Version? -...

Greetings,

I downloaded HTML Editor 2008 on July 20th, and it shows as build 239. However, I just noticed on the download page that HTML Editor was last released on July 31st.

Is there a new build out? I'm asking because my version doesn't work - at all. I'm hoping the latest version has bug fixes.
