Hi everyone,

When using Ctrl+F in the CoffeeCup editor for windows, isn't there a way to make the search function always begin with file types *.* vs html??

I'm routinely searching through php, js and html files and it's a pain to always have to select *.* from the drop down so I'd like to make *.* the default file type but I haven't found anywhere that this is possible.

If anyone could shed some light on this I'd be most appreciative and I thank you all in advance!!

I don't think it is possible as for now. It ought to be possible to write into the field after *.htm;*.html, but when closing the dialogue box, anything added disappears. I'll bring it to the developers' attention.

I know You and I got off on the wrong foot but I guess that's to be expected when I catch flak over asking questions here and especially when Im using CC all along.

Yea... I think you instructed me to "Go Elsewhere" as this forum was for CC users.

I think you thought I was on some type of CMS and you suggested I go ask the people who were responsible for that CMS.

It seemed like kinda a cold shoulder response... that was followed by a not very friendly response from me.
