My operating system is Win 5.1 service pack 2

Which interface are you trying to make work? And is the error message from your operative system or from CoffeeCup?

You ought to upgrade to Service pack 3, by the way, since SP2 is no longer supported by Microsoft.

I'm still trying to figure out what Windows 5.1 is? lol

The same as WinXP. But it could also refer to Win NT. I took it for XP above, then who on earth is using NT nowadays?
