Html Editor not updating file date...
I am using the CoffeeCup HTML editor and when I edit a file and save the changes, the file is correctly updated, except that the date and time of the file is not changed. Is there something in the editor I need to set? Thanks! PCK
That is a Windows function, not HTML Editor.
There should be a date created and a date modified.

CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!
If I am understanding your question correctly, I think its just created by your system on the initial forming of the page, but you would have to manually change it if you wanted it different.

When you create a file and save it, Windows time stamps it. When you modify a file and save it, Windows also time stamps that information. Right click file and look at the properties.

Thanks for the quick replies. It turns out I was saving the files on a network disk drive that is set to the wrong time. Your editor is working perfectly. Thanks for such a good product! PCK
