OK, I have WIN7 Pro, and when I installed I installed as an administrator, I also run the program as administrator to make sure it has enough privileges to access the drive unencumbered.

First things first, try downloading again to make sure you didn't get a munched copy, second uninstall, and copy you have, and reboot you computer, then install the new copy as administrator to see if that clears up the issue.

Peter - I've had no problems with any of CC's software on my Win7 Ultimate - 64bit system (which I know doesn't really help you). I know that some have though. I know that there was discussion early on that some were getting good results with just "Run as Administrator" while others used "XP Compatibility Mode" and yet others had to do both.

If you've played around with all of the obvious possibilities, you might give opening up a support ticket a try. CC can take a look at your system remotely (if you let them, and I'd advise it) and may spot something that is out of whack.

Peter, when you installed the software did you select to allow other users to be able to use the software? If you didn't are you signed on as the admin?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
