Nothing was received here. If you login to your customer care account you can see that Orlando's email was the last activity on that ticket.

You definitely want to do it in the support area. I try to monitor things here but our support desk is the best place to get help if you are having problems.

In case anyone is interested, after speaking by phone to CoffeeCup's support staff, they were able to replicate the issue. It's now considered a bug for the programmers to deal with.

My only advice is once you figure out what's causing the error, don't do it. In my case, it was opening/re-opening the side-bar pin-able lists. As long as I don't mess with that little 'pin' the program works as designed.
