HTML Coding, Menu and Backgroung...

The code below shows well in Google Chrome but only the Background Image and the RSMLogoHeader shows up in IE 7 and the Logo Header is left justified. I would like it in the center. The Menu does not show at all in IE 7!

Any Ideas?
