Hi, I am a complete duffer at html stuff! I have spent over 4 hours changing a defunct website to a current one and it was a nightmare. I thought I had done it and finished but when I supplied the link to email my wife, I got a message from you to say Whooa you haven't uploaded any files yet!
No idea what you are talking about! when I enter a file to down load it tells me it is invalid.
What do I have to do I want to use the file I call http://trakim.biz/cl16 for advertising I know I changed it and brought it up to date and even put the newly released "Love Claw" on it but don't know what to do next!
Please advise (In understandable ENGLISH please!)

Click the control panel link and select "settings" at the top. Now check the Default Content: for the word site.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
