When I try to add a third Advertisement, the footer jumps up to the bottom of the Extra section so that it is the same width instead of the full width as it is with only two ads. I suspect this has to do with the code at the top, where it sets out the sizes of the three "div's". maybe the lengths of the "div's", but I don't see any mention there. I am attaching the files so you can see what I am trying to say. All comments are welcome and hoped for, I am stumped again.

The issue is likely something with the code of the page. If you can post a link, someone may be able to see the problem.
