I keep getting this error message when I switch to Visual Editor and it totally locks up. What can I do to fix it?

Can you please open a support ticket for this and send us a copy of the file you are trying to edit that generates this error? Please also give us as much information on your computer as well (OS, IE version, 32 or 64-bit) etc.
