Has this issue been resolved? I am having the same problem. I don't want to go back to a previous version of IE, doesn't make sence that I would have to use an old program.

Have you downloaded version 12 yet?

Yes....Version 12 Build 375 and actually that is when my problems started. Any way to go back to the older version?

I would suggest opening a support ticket for that so our techs can look into this for you.

Opened a support ticket and the conclusion was that I should pay $15 for a support phone call. I have already purchased the program, it has worked for years and the "upgrade" had broken it. I am not going to pay $15 to troubleshoot your upgrade....time to look for a new program.

We never said you had to do that Mike. We just offered that as a suggestion. What we have been given over e-mail just has not been enough information to help diagnose what the problem is/ We can continue to work over e-mail if that is what you prefer. It just may take a bit longer.

I haven't changed my OS or IE in the time since I've used this (HTML Editor Build 305) and am getting the same message when trying to edit an existing page.

the HTML Editor does not have an auto-update feature, so the version you had before would still be the same as you have now. It sounds like some Windows system update or 3rd party application maybe interfering. Something to check there.

I would also try uninstalling and reinstalling the software as well. If you continue to have problems, please open a support ticket and we can look into this for you.

I'm having the same problem when using slider bars. Very annoying as I'm using them automatically - and then need to close and restart the problem. Any update about the fix?

My experience with floating point zero has been about the same and its not just confined to coffee cup
I have tried the latest build with bot IE 8 and IE 9 with the same problem.

I believe it is a windows 7 problem
