Nice horse. Not so much the cat. Perhaps the horse can eat the cat?

CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!

Good choice!
The horses - and all that open, green space - makes you a lucky girl indeed, Fe! (I'm assuming it's all 'yours' and the pics are not from some tourist brochure...

And I like the cat too! All farms need cats. There are always mice to be caught, if nothing else...
I grew up on a small farm and couldn't imagine a place like that without cats... Although ours did not have any fancy, red (purple?) collars...

hehe - yeah they're my real kids
and yep - the cat really does ride - bareback more often though - she hops on jonah when he stands too close to the fence but is clever enough not to hop on the young silly iddy horse and try out rodeo

Your kids look quite happy and content! And who wouldn't, - in that setting...?
Had to look up 'farrier' in a dictionary. Learn something new every day... Back in my days, (the Swedish equivalent of - ) the local smithy would take care of the shoes... (the same guy who would weld the broken plow, etc...)
Hmmm, 'farrier' is a nice word though, and I should have known: - Fe, ferro, iron, and then 'farrier'...
