Greetings,
Weird error in the HTML editor. If I try and download a file from the server to the local folder I get a 550 error when I look into the FTP log.
I can upload just fine and I can see the folder list when I click on the server tab in the HTML editor environment. DirectFTP works just fine downloading the same file to the same local folder.
The problem seems to be just with the HTML editor FTP process.

Hiya Ken,
Any time I have issues with the server side of the HTML editor, it's usually because I have the remote folder input incorrectly or I forgot the passive setting.
Although the DirectFTP program seems to need the remote location to be listed as:
/public_html/
IT seems the HTML editor doesn't like that trailing forward slash so I have to enter it as:
/public_html
If you have it that way already then I'm not sure what the problem is, double check your passive setting and if that's not it then I would suggest opening a ticket if someone doesn't have another answer.
Good luck on it and let us know either way when it's fixed so we know what fixed it for future users
