I'm befuddled. The embedded YouTube video on my website FreedomToolsLLC.com works fine in Firefox.

However, it does not show up in IE. Any fixes?

I'm just a beginner and not smart enough to solve your problem. The only thing I can say is:

I've tried youre link in IE 8 and Windows 7, Ultimate, 64-bit.

1. When I click the link in your message, I get an error and cannot find the page.

2. When I use this link: http://freedomtoolsllc.com/, I can open the site and see the "play"-button of the film, but do not see the Youtube film. Instead of the film I get a white square with an red X in the left-upper corner.

3. With the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HZHDY_y0JxQ&feature=player_embedded#!, I can play the film on Youtube in my IE8 browser.

So maybe it has something to do with the form of the links or used player?

1. The link to the site in question is freedomtoolsllc.com/index4.html

2. When viewed through IE, the site's "Play" button doesn't open the embedded Youtube video. (It works correctly in Firefox, but not in IE.)

I'm not sure what you mean by the "form of the links." (I'm a relative beginner with this as well.)

The bottom line is, I need the site to work in IE (as well as in Firefox).

If you are using Win 7 64bit it is more than likely that Internet Explorer 8 64bit has been set as the default browser and as yet Adobe has not suppled a compatible plugin. You will have to use Windows Explorer 8 32bit for viewing flash content.

You will find the 32bit version in the Program Files (x86) folder.

The play button shows in the 32bit version when I just visited the page.

On my Win7 64Bit installation, IE32 is the default browser in the menu.

I'm NOT using Win 7 64 bit. (I'm using 32 bit Vista Home Edition).

Yes, the play button shows up, but it doesn't activate the embedded YouTube video (as it does in Firefox).

It showed up fine for me.
