Hello,

Hopefully this isn't a daft question...... I am sorry if it is...

But I have had such trouble trying to understand the way of controlling automatic screen
resolution and fit of my website on different PC's.

Today I saw Windows 7 for the first time, and the internet explorer had a zoom mode,
my site was zoomed perfectly to fit the screen.....

Would a zoom control be something I could build 'into' my site, so that users could zoom to fit
their screen resolutions?

All browsers have a built-in control to zoom control and font over-ride. There are scripts out there that let people increase or decrease font on a click of a control, too.
CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!

You can usually set the zoom level of your browser window by hitting ctrl + (+ or -) or by using ctrl + mouse scroll. Most browsers also include a zoom setup in the View menu of the browsers. If you're unable to find a way to do this with scripts, try adding a small comment on your site if it's necessary for people to be able to do this that tells them how to do this :)
