I would definitely suggest opening a support ticket with CoffeeCup to see if they can help you figure out what the Save issue is as most of us haven't had that issue with the HTML Editor. I've heard of the VSD program doing that a while back, but don't think I've had that issue with the HTML Editor ever. They should be able to help you figure that out and get things working for you. You can access that with the Account area at the top right of the screen.
Click Account, then click Your Support Room and put in a Support Topic for them. They will most likely request you to send them information about your system, so best to put as much information in the Support Topic as you can. Good luck on it
