Hello,

Our office uses the registered 2007 version of Coffee Cup Editor to edit our website (www.matthewtaylor.info). Our computers run on Windows XP Professional. We had never encoutered any problems with Coffee Cup until now. Recently when starting up the editor as normal we have been greeted by the error message 'No such interface supported' whenever we try to bring up any of the pages to edit. This has never happened before and we are at something of a loss as to how to solve it

Any advice would be greatly appreciated because we urgently need to update our site!

Thanks.

Since you have the registered version of CC editor, I'd suggest upgrading to the 2008 latest version of the editor. Chances are that updates to the operating system have dropped or changed .dll's and no longer supports the interface...well, that's just a guess on my part....but it won't hurt to log into the coffeecup website and download the latest version and follow the instructions to install.
don't forget to re-boot before you use the programme.

www.mainsites.ca is my website, and yes, some of it is crappy.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
