I am running your latest HTML editor 12.8 and the code cleaner is not working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software several times. I installed the software in my OS under program files rather then the default directory, but the code cleaner does not seem to work in any directory. If you could help I would really appreciate it.

Please specify what exactly is not working, and your steps to trigger the 'not working'.

The HTML Editor is not set up to work outside of your user profile directory, it's setup to install there for many reasons, one of them being file and folder permissions issues when installed in the Program files directories.

Try installing it to the default directory that it should be in and see if that helps (if you haven't already as you say it doesn't work in any directory, but not sure which one's you've tried).
