ÆØÅ ... Is it not possible in Visual Site Designer? When I write in descreption æøå will be: <meta name="description" content="Når mine tanker tager penslen i hånden, kommer der motiver på mit lærred.">
This is the text: Når mine tanker tager penslen i hånden, kommer der motiver på mit lærred.

Hei fra nabolandet!
(Hi from the neighbour country)
When is it that those strange characters appear? When text is inserted, Previewed?, Uploaded? If uploaded, to a server or the CC S-drive?
I tried the same sentence as you quoted, and there were no problems with Scandinavian characters, see http://inger.cybeer.no/stuff3/. I'm actually not a VSD user, so my reply represents no expertise, but I'm sure someone else will chime in here. Only... their keyboard won't have æøå...

Per, my reply was a bit too quick. I didn't read your question properly.
I threw a glance at the source code of the page I referred to above, and VSD does indeed use the UNICODE numbers for Scandinavian letters. But that doesn't mean that it won't display correctly.
It is a bit different if you use æøå in metatags, that can be quirky, and not only for VSD. I'm using the HTML Editor, and for a long time it would not validate if the page was created on a Saturday or Sunday (lø, sø). I think, though, that it has been fixed for the Editor. You may have to use a different text for your meta tag, or contact CC support and ask what you can do about it.

I think the problem is solved. When I right click on my site on the web to see the source its wrong, but if I click on facebook like button on the web it shows the correct text for æøå on the link.
