When I try to customize I get the attached error message.
How can I fix that?
Thanks,

That looks to be caused by a bad install. The parser files are not found inside of the Roaming folder. I would suggest uninstalling and re-installing the software, and that should fix the issue.

I just noticed that the file in question: html.tsm actually exists.
Would deleting it enable the customization process to create it anew?

Have you tried downloading the programme again? Sometimes a file may get corrupted.
Did you boot your machine between attempts?
What kind of customisation are you trying to do?
And what Operative system are you running?

Just tried that and it works!
Scott could've told me that days ago.
Thanks Inger, much appreciated.
