If this is the second time you're seeing this, sorry. I keep forgetting that this editor doesn't allow for the tab key, which I used, started to type the next graph, and the whole post disappeared.
In summary, HTML Editor version 2006D. I used it last week to develop what was, for me, a complicated js routine. I loaded it up today for further debugging, and not only has it stopped working, but I could not run the simplest javascript commands, such as document.write. Regular html code is still good.
I finally figured out that the javascript does run if I double-click on the html outside of the editor.
So what happened to my handy little editor. Did it pass some expiration date? Could there be something added my system that conflicts with CoffeeCups? (My system does go through the weekly updates as dictated by our tech.)
Can no longer run javascript in HTML...

I tried, but the updated software won't install because the old software won't uninstall. It tells me the uninstall program isn't there anymore. I wander if this has anything to do with them switching me over to Windows 7 last year.
Still doesn't explain why javascript worked last week but not now.
This is not a showstopper. I can code in notepad if it comes to that. Just rather not.
