Bug report: Find and replace across...

I often want to do a global replace across 10+ files. It's not working at all. Does it in the current file and that's it.

look below your replace entry area. You have three options.
1. Current document
2. All open documents.
3.Look in folder.

I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Eric, thanks for the response. That's not the issue. I choose the All open files option but when I go to do the replace it doesn't actually work.

I'm not at my workstation right now, so I can't give you an exact blow-by-blow, but the basic thing is that it looks like it is trying to do the replace but then when I look at the contents of the file nothing has happened. This is when I have several files open at once. I haven't tried the option to do all the files in a folder.

Try it with less pages open to rule out other things.

It definitely works with only one file open. Definitely does not work with 20. My expectation is that it should work with any number of files as long as they're open in the editor.
Right now I have to pop into SlickEdit for global find and replace, not what I would prefer to do.
