adding newsletter to web site - Post...
Anybody - is it possible to put a multi page newsletter on a web site, or alternatively, how can I make a pdf version available for download?
Where is the newsletter created/hosted? If it's Constant Contact, they don't allow embedding within a website. Don't know about any of the other commercial services.
If the above doesn't apply, how is the original newsletter created? (Multi-page sounds like a printed item.)
For a PDF, save the file to your server and then just add a link to it on your web pages. When someone opens it, they'll have the option to read it in the browser or download/save it.
You can use PDF icon in your link to let users know it's a PDF before they click it:
https://www.google.com/search?q=pdf+lin … q=pdf+icon

Thank you Paintbrush. I don't know what Constant Contact could be so I'm sure it isn't that. Your suggestion to put it on the server and add a link. Now that sounds good. I shall have to find out if the Coffee Cup rulers will allow it.
If your news letter is published in Word you can save as a PDF directly from there by doing a save as.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

So it's not an email newsletter...
PDFs are fine on SDrive, and it just takes a plain ol' link like any other file or page:
<a href="newsletters/news-december.pdf">Read our Newsletter!</a>
^^^^ Your link would point to wherever you upload the files to ^^^^
You don't have to do anything else, the options to download, save or print are within the PDF reader.
