Normally the software works great, but recently it has started freezing, moving very slowly, cursor flickering. Should I uninstall and reinstall it? If so, will I lose my files? They no longer show up in the Local Files window on the left. I have to click on File and Open every time I want to open a file. I'm afraid that they could disappear completely.
