Can I just buy the BETA at full price? I missed the beta discount mails, and if FF is going to be discounted for an upgrade for those with RSD or the Responsive Design Pack, can I just buy it now?

Not at this time. Foundation Framer is only offered through the beta process and to a very limited amount of people. We may open it up to a few more people in a week, but those open spots go fast.
