I have an arrival and departure date - formatted for UK dd/mm/yyyy I would like to use the form to redirect the visitor to another site using their arrival and departure date in mm/dd/yy format. So upon completion of valid form immediately take visitor to booking website using URL something like this with dates substituted in the link :
https://rentals.realestateexample.com/c … %5D=1715-1

Would be very grateful for any assistance with this, thanks.
