Hi, I am stumped I am using a template for a form, and every time I preview it appears correctly. When I publish and add the code to my page on my website it shows the original template instead of the customized version. I am working on an about us page as well as site designer and finding the same issue. I cleared my cache on each browser (Safari and Chrome).

I am wondering when using a template if I need to disable something? I created and uploaded a form before from scratch using this software but only running into this issue using a template.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the code if that matters? Maybe a flaw can be seen somewhere in it?

<iframe src="https://paperrehab.coffeecup.com/my-forms/Website%20Contact%20Page/form.html" id="id-54716505" style="border:none;background:transparent;min-width:100%;"></iframe>
<script>
(function(w,d,i,p){f=function(){iFrameResize({},'#'+i);};if(!w.iFrameResize){a=document.createElement('script');a.src=p+'/js/iframeResizer.min.js';a.addEventListener('load',f);d.head.appendChild(a);}else{f();}})(window, document,'id-54716505','https://paperrehab.coffeecup.com/my-forms/Website Contact Page');
</script>
