Dropbox? If you share your Form Designer file, I can try making it play with my back-end script.

I would also drop the spaces from any page names. Can cause issues with scripts.Zip up your files and post

The backend is the easiest. The problem with your form is the front end.;)

If you share a link to your Form Designer form I can probably give you a simple answer on what to do.If you Zip up your Form Designer project and post it I maybe be able to alter it so it will hook properly. This way you will see what I changed.

Here is your form with my back-end. Howzzat? ;)

https://www.eikweb.com/test2/form.html

If you test it, it will of course go to my address, but you should get a confirmation mail and be redirected to another page. I ought to have made a thanks page, but I didn't bother just for this test, so you'll end up on my sharing page.

Let me know if you want it. I would have to trim the php page a bit, now I've just commented out the stuff you don't need.
