Google Calendar and Form Designer -...

Ok,

Basic concept:-

The client fills in a custom booking form, and they choose the date they wish to play and click submit. The world is happy!

I want to use Google Calendar <iFrame> for the Calendar function. Would I need to add the Google Calendar to both Form Designer and Web Form Builder for this to work (as it's meant to be *required)

Would the confirmation and notification emails work correctly under these circumstances?

Please let me know,

Thank you,

Why can't you use a datepicker calendar?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I do not see 'date-picker' in either Form Designer or Web Form Builder. As it's also for scheduling Paintball Games, I would need some way to link it into Google regardless and display available from Google.

Unless there's an alternative I am not thinking off?

Let me know...

Web Form builder has datepicker built in. FD has it also but it all depends on the needed look.

I added it through jQuery and customized it.

Thank you, Eric,

To explain our needs entirely correctly. We provide options for people to play Paintball, Archery and soon Drone Racing. We want peeps to be able to send us a message and choose their preferred date of play including how many types of game etc... But, the big one is a full-size calendar showing the whole month and all available games per day (100 games daily, minimum of 8 people per game).

So (example),
If a group book a session the calendar would update for the next group, showing 92 games left on 10/07/2019 but 100 games left on 11/07/2019. (I hope that makes sense).

If Form Designer isn't fit for the purpose, do you know of any suitable booking services/forms?

Let me know?

Thank you, Eric

This cannot be handled by FD or javascript. A small database and some relatively simple programming (php, python, VB ...) should do it. Find some one who could do this for you.
Maybe someone is offering this kind of functionality as a customisable service you could include in your website.

You will need a custom code to call all the data from a database. As far as the look of the calendar, you need to find an example of what your looking for. I should be able to help you get things hooked up as long as you do a some of the ground work. I've seen calendars with the events within the calendar and calendars with the events listed below as you select the days.
Here's one example. This could probably be done in FD.

Here's another.

Another option is to google calendar script and purchase one.
