I'm trying to add a form to my site that is on my server. The preview looks pretty and I hit export.
I then move the exported *.php file and the exported folder to my server where the website is.
I also copy and paste the .html code to the html element block in Site Designer 3.5.
I go to the page and get this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function json_decode() in /home/indust24/public_html/6-2020_Form/fbapp/php/config.cls.php on line 351

I have uploaded my site page and form file here www.industrialandons.com/Website-Form

I'm obviously missing something but not sure what. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Bob

Hi Robert,
On which page are you trying to make your form show?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

This is a site I built for my work.(RSD)

Try changing the code the form builder provides to this.
<iframe height="713" style="border:none; background:transparent; overflow:hidden; width:100%;"
id="fb_iframe" src="6-2020_Form/6-2020_Form.html">
</iframe>
