Hi, my first post - please be gentle if I get it wrong (I have done a search to try and see if this has been covered before).

using IE7

I wanted to download a folder from my coffeecup site. I realised I had started to download the whole thing instead of 1 folder so I clicked 'cancel'.
That was about 30 hours ago.
When I try to connect to coffecup it says 2 things - 'busy' and 'connecting to ftp.www.morethangifts.co.uk'
but it just goes into a loop and never connects.
This means I can not access my own website, my admin panel or my hosting site.
Can anyone help please?
