When I fill in the folder where my website will reside, AND when I use a nickname for the website/server then this nickname comes up between brackets in the foldername to which all will be uploaded. The result is that there is no such folder name at the other side. Even when I don't use a nickname, two brackets (open bracket and close bracket) are there and the result message is the same. I get the message: not connected because there ain't such folder at the other side (or similar).

Trying to upload MP3 files always result in an errorcode #18- transfer failed-, after having finished.Looking at the result at the other side, it is indeed a failing transfer. To be sure I notified the webhost customer support and they had a look at it.

After some testing I finally used other software to get the MP3 across and with that free FTP program "Core FTP lite" the transfer succeeded.
