Still says I'm using the trial version

I purchased CoffeeCup Direct FTP and the program still says I'm using the trial version. What steps do I need to take to make this work?

I saw many comments related to this, but none resolved.

Any help would be appreciated!

Also: I cannot connect to my website because: Received an abnormal reply to a RETR command. This happens e.g. when the server sends fewer bytes than expected. Typical situations are listings of empty directories or downloads of hidden file (filename starting with a '.'). [19] Additional information: RETR response: 425. Server has replied: [425] Could not open data connection to port 62744: Connection timed out.

What can I do to fix this? Does this mean my Internet is simply slow?

The problem with the trial version seems to come from installing the paid version on top of the trial one. If you uninstall DFTP, reboot and reinstall it, that problem should be solved. If not, you'll have to contact CC support (link is found at top of page).

Your second problem seems to have been identified as a random bug, and the techies are working on it. But if you fix the first problem, maybe you get lucky and gets the second one fixed too. If not, CC support are very helpful.
