Using Direct FTP, I created a new folder, into which I uploaded some files. I then realised that I had the folder name wrong, but in trying to change it, I received a 550 error message - as per the attached file.

Is it my security system, stopping me from renaming the folder or is it permissions, that I need to change? (I did contact my ISP Help desk, but they said I need to change permissions in my FTP.)

(My workaround was to create a folder with the correct name, but I just thought I would ask.)
