I paid for two programs and only see...

In the past I had paid for the FTP program but it's not listed as one I can download. Only the webcam program is showing up. I've paid for both!

How can I rectify this?

Also, just as a reminder to the sight-impared, when you log-in to Customer Care, you'll notice a link right above the one that says "Join in the User Forums," (which you have obviously found without a problem). It just so happens to be entitled "Email Us a Question." Just for future reference, this may be a good place to send an email from. There is also a lovely link with the title "Live Chat with Us" where you could immediatly talk to someone who can help you with your problems. I have personally utilized the latter link before, and was very happy with the service/response I got.
