Hello everyone,
I am all new to this post and need an urgent answer.
I need to use ftp to transfer some urgent files and although
I did buy the package not too long ago I am getting this message
after intalling ftp full install (which seems to go well).
When trying to open the program I get this message
................directFTP.exe : child killer : SIGABRT

What does it all mean...

sounds like the install did not go well. Have you tried to uninstall the program, re-boot, and then install it again? Has this been resolved? Did you submit a support ticket to CoffeeCup?

That's exactly the same problem and message I have had (see my posts further down the page) and I have tried everything, including reinstalling, running as administrator etc and still nothing works. Are you also using Windows Vista home premium? If you get an answer on this, please can you post it, because i also need to resolve asap, thanks.

I am using Windows Vista Home Premium, and have no issues with installing CoffeeCup software. Have you tried disabling the User Account Control (UAC) to see if that might help?
