Probably a very simple solution but here goes.....

Downloaded the trial version of Direct FTP, it's just expired so I ordered/downloaded online. However when trying to open the software I still get the message "Direct FTP has expired, order online" message.

I've tried installing the repair option and re-booting without any success.

Can anyone help this baffoon out??

But..........have you uninstalled the old version before installing the new one?

Geoff, you must unistall the trial version from your system as Janys has said (asked). Once you have done this, restart your computer and then load your paid for software. That should be all you need to do to start enjoying this nice bit of CC software.
