I am using a trial version of FTP 6.6 Build 1548, running on Vista home premium. I am using the economy hosting plan with GoDaddy.

I am attempting to upload a forum package (phpbb or smf) to my host, each package consisting of over 1000 files. Each time I have tried to upload, several random files never made it to the server. Different files each time, and I have confirmed the files are in the source directory, they just were not uploaded to the server.

Each upload, several files were shown as failed for one reason or another. I have always right clicked these files to retry with success. The missing files never generated this type of error.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, as GoDaddy's web based FTP client is 'slow', but it does upload all the files.
