I get this error constantly when I upload to any of my ftp sites that are on different server ,

It can happen when changing folder on the server or on the puter, it can happen while uploading, there does not seem to be a regular pattern whatsoever.

VERY ANNOYING
what usually takes 5 minutes takes half an hour with coffeecup ftp and still have to verify to make sure it did not drop any files...


let us know when ther will be a corrective
I am running window xp and vista and it happens on both
have over 3gig of memory

You can execute the log system to give us more information about the issue and we'll try to fix it as quickly as possible:

Select the desktop icon and hold on the shift key while double clicking with your mouse. A window pop-ups (remember the path that appears in it) and you have to answer yes. Then try to connect to your server again and close the program. Finally go to the path shown before and please send us the "DFTP Debug 6.5.4 log.txt"

Once you have this, you can e-mail it directly to me at scott@coffeecup.com
