The trial period on the Direct FTP software expired. I uninstalled it. I then went and purchased the software, downloaded the latest file and installed it. When I try to launch the program I get the same message as before that it has expired..:( need help.

Hi David,
I would do another uninstall, go to the folder on the hard drive and delete it, then restart and then reinstall it, see if that helps. But that's me!

Could Try Another Download and install over the now new install.

Uninstall first>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Then click on file export to back up old registry...................
Or as a last resort if your using XP go to run and type in regedit> then under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE look for the coffeecup folder see if direct ftp is in there and delete it, if you have other CC software there will be 2 folders, look in the other folder if it isn't in the first. and delete and then try and reinstall it.
Just a thought or 2

Giving the people what they want is fundamentally and disastrously wrong. The people don’t know what they want. They want to be entertained, that’s all. Don’t give the people what they want – give ‘em something better!
