I lost my hard-drive as you know I lost everything, I got a new laptop and now trying to reload things as best I can.
My Direct FTP was one of the things I lost and don't recall the version
I was unable to locate an email address directly to support. The program I can download is available, however I prefer an earlier version that I ask for before and received, but unable to recall the version. my email is brsmith6@cox.net.
please pass this request on to the proper department.

I'm gonna go out on a limb, and say that since he only has 1 post to his name, this may have been a "new" account created because he couldn't remember the old info... In which case, the link won't help.

I looked up his account and all his orders are associated with this one. ;)

The same occur here too. Using the FTP from VSD, it was always stuck on the same PDF file.

I tried Direct FTP with the same file but getting the same error (RDIR: Faild)

However, the file will copy to the server (Linux)

It's only ONE pdf file that gives trouble. All other 20 or so PDF's are going just fine.

Hey same problem
Creating a new directory on a Godaddy server - I've got a premium account that can host a ton of domains, and my other ftp software, embedded in Adobe Golive CS2 can penetrate.
I can create a directory called New Folder but rename gives a fail; RDIR
Wierd.
What other info do you need to check this out?
Remember I have other software embedded in Adobe so I'm not paralyzed without this, it's just a much cleaner interface (your FTP software)
Thank you as always for your simple, but cutting-edge-effective software.

Sometimes that happens to me too, but it seems to be ok if I wait some seconds until the name of the folder has changed from blue text to black, and the folder has moved up into the alphabetical sorted folder list. Don't know if this applies to you, just my 2 pennies worth.

Hi, I am encountering same problem. GoDaddy hosted site. Getting lots of RDIR messages. Did I miss the "fix" in this thread???

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
